The Ribeauvillé Wine Fair (FAV) will return on Friday, July 18, and Saturday, July 19, 2025. Don’t miss this must-attend event to discover the finest Alsatian wines and delicious dishes prepared by local professionals!

What is the Ribeauvillé Wine Fair?

Every summer, the Ribeauvillé Wine Fair showcases the best that winemakers, restaurateurs, cheesemongers, and pastry chefs from Ribeauvillé and the surrounding area have to offer. This year, no fewer than 18 winemakers will be participating in the FAV, with some remarkable tastings on the agenda!

2025 Program Highlights

Tastings at the Salle du Parc

Enjoy exceptional tastings at the Salle du Parc, with over 200 wines on offer. Admission is €15 per day, or you can try the brand-new 2-day pass for €25. A souvenir tasting glass is available for €3.

Food and Wine Pairings Under the Marquee

Under the marquee and its alley, savor incredible food and wine pairings crafted by local chefs, pastry chefs, cheesemongers, and winemakers:

  • 1 dish + 1 wine: €9
  • Cheese + wine: €7.50
  • Dessert + wine: €7.50
    Non-alcoholic options will also be available for those who do not wish to consume alcohol.

Wine Bar

A wine bar will feature a selection of 24 cuvées, as well as beers and soft drinks.

Masterclass with Head Sommelier Cindy Schirr

On Saturday at 2:30 p.m., take part in the “Hot Vintage vs Cold Vintage” Masterclass led by Cindy Schirr, Head Sommelier at Julien Binz.
The €35 reservation fee includes access to the Masterclass and to the tastings at the Salle du Parc. A custom-printed tasting glass is also included.

Musical Entertainment

Evenings at the FAV will be filled with music:

  • Friday (7 p.m.–1 a.m.): Pascal Lacom and his accordion
  • Saturday (7 p.m.–10 p.m.): Les Escrocs du Swing – gypsy jazz and pop hits
  • Saturday (10 p.m.–1 a.m.): Zone Rouge – father and son pop/rock duo
