FAV'Ribeau: A Tradition at the Heart of the Alsace Vineyards
Wine Fair is a true institution in the charming village of Ribeauvillé, a medieval town near Colmar. It is in fact one of the oldest wine events in Alsace. Every summer, it celebrates the expertise of local winegrowers and the winemaking heritage that has made the region famous.
This year, you can enjoy food and wine pairings carefully crafted by winegrowers and restaurateurs from Ribeauvillé and the surrounding villages, along with more than 200 carefully selected wines.

Days of Tastings to Discover Alsace's Heritage
FAV'Ribeau offers two days of tastings across three complementary areas, each offering a different experience:
The Park Hall
- Tasting of more than 200 wines (renowned Grands Crus, Crémants d'Alsace, maceration wines, red wines...).
- Dates and times: Friday from 6 pm to 10:15 pm and Saturday from 5 pm to 10:15 pm.
- Tasting room entrance: €15.
The Town Garden
- Tasting of numerous food and wine pairings created through the collaboration of local winegrowers, restaurateurs, cheesemakers and pastry chefs.
- Dates and times: Friday and Saturday from 6:30 pm to 11 pm (cashiers close at 10:45 pm).
The Wine Bar
- Selection of Alsatian wines, beers and soft drinks.
- Dates and times: Friday and Saturday, from 6 pm to 1 am.
Concerts, Masterclass and Funfairw
FAV'Ribeau is not limited to tastings. Throughout the weekend, several activities will round out the programme. Concerts
- Friday 17 July: musical entertainment provided by Pascal Lacom and his accordion, from 7 pm to 1 am.
- Saturday 18 July: the father-son duo Zone Rouge will liven up the evening with a pop-rock concert, from 6:30 pm to 1 am.
The Trimbach Masterclass
On Saturday 18 July at 2:30 pm, wine enthusiasts can take part in an exceptional masterclass hosted by Anne and Julien Trimbach. This edition will pay tribute to Pierre Trimbach, an iconic figure of the Alsatian wine world.

The Funfairw/H3>
Throughout the event, the Town Garden will also host a funfair, ideal for rounding out this family or friends outing.
